I had a quick and easy check-in process, and the restaurant on the main square was absolutely perfect.

The second flat that I stayed in was ok: causy, functional, clean, with a good relation between price and quality, but the first one was a complete diasappointment: nothing seemed to work in terms of electrical appliances and there was hair in various parts of the flat, especially on the staircase, and it was way too expensive for the quality offered.On the plus side, the staff were helpful and tried to take care of the problems indicated.

My impression is that this hotel offers somehow uneven services: there are certain flats that are kept very well and probably some others that need to be refurbished asap. Also the price-quality ratio varies greatly according to availability.

We had a pleasant stay at Condo Gardens. the room was spacious and exceeded our expectations for the price we paid. the location was excellent, just a 10-minute walk to the city center, and there was a convenient parking garage nearby. the staff, especially Luc at the reception, went above and beyond to help us during a difficult situation with our car. the cleaning lady was also very nice and helpful. the free coffee and tea in the room were a nice touch. We appreciated the ability to use the kitchen and enjoyed the extra freedom it provided. we would definitely choose to stay here again.

we had a very good stay in leuven close enough to the bus station, city center. early check in. helpful and attentive staff, nothing too much trouble. we loved location, it was central.

Noise from refurbishment of room next to us during daytime (especially annoying when our baby needs to take a nap). Television volume control did not function.

I like that I managed to find a plce in Belgium to sleep:) All the hotels in bxl were booked, so I chose Leuven and actually I liked the choice.
